An experimental IPA using Denali TM & LemonDrop TM hops with a smoothly sweet and malty body designed to showcase the hops. The beer has a delicate floral/citrus aroma reminiscent of Pineapple, Melon, Black Pepper and Pine. The flavour has more subtle Pineapple with a hint of spice, paired with a low level of bitterness for a refreshingly moreish finish.

On tap at Håndverksølfestivalen 2017. A small off-white head sits on top of a hazy orange-golden body. Some curtains left. The aroma and flavor feel a bit sweetish, but good though. Fruityness some pale malts and piney, lightly grapefruity hops. The flavor has some grass notes too, and of course a nice bitterness level. It’s full-bodied and nicely carbonated, with a long hop driven finish. A bit sweeter than I like my IPA’s, but it’s still a nice beer. 170610

Håndverkølfestivalen 2017. golden color with a white head. Flavor is pine, grapefruit, citrus, resin, hop, malt, fruit. Easy drinkable beer.

Keg at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Cloudy amber, mid sized head. Caramelly nose with some pine. Sweet and fruity with caramel and syrup. No hop aromas, pure fruity caramel malt, some cardboard. Resiny bitter finish. Flawed and tired.

Draught (Nynäshamns 20år Jubileum) - Hazy light amber. Pineapple, melon and grapefruit in the aroma. Tangy, hoppy and fruity taste with pine, grapefruit, pineapple, peach and caramel.

Draft @ Bishops Arms Savoy, Malmö. Pours a slightly hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy bitter flaovr. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy bitter finish.

Klar gulbrun med høyt beige skum. Lukter honning, trevirke og sirup. Søtlig lett bitter smak. Sirup, noe eikepreg, druer. Middels lang tørr avslutning.

Keg at the Bootlegger, 21/05/17. Lightly hazed golden blonde with a decent off White head. Nose is a little subdued for MR, lemon sherbet, toasted grains, straw, light hops, orange pith. Taste comprises caramel malt, old skool bite, grassy, soft brioche, cantaloupe melon, light pine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.
