Tasted from tap on the 07/05/2017. Clear orange colour with a medium white head. Aroma of malts and citrus fruits with a pleasant hoppy finish. Taste is medium hoppy and citric with lots of tropical fruits and a medium dry hoppy finish. Next one please!

(Draught at Craft Beer Co Clapham, London, 22 April 2017) Golden colour with brief, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of tropical fruit, pineapple and citrus. Fruity, hoppy taste with tropical fruit, pineapple, citrus, resin and a generous citric bitterness in a sweetish finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well made, with a generous hop character. Nice one.

Growler fill, from the brewery. Pale amber. Soft haze. Thin, sticky, gluey, white head. Nose has floral, candied lemon hop. Some stone fruit phenols. Some soggy, sweet malts. Doesn’t jump out of the glass, really. Taste is quite sweet, with some lemon rind bitterness. Sticky on the palate. A little flabby. Soft carbonation. Sweet and light bitter finish.

Caňa en el Cimmeria 29..04..2017. Color ámbar amarillento con espuma blanca. Sabores cítricos y herbaceos frescos con toques maltosos y cereales. Tonos resinosos, cortezas de árbol y endrinas. Ligero amargo final. Cuero medio algo denso y espumoso. Buena. Para repetir.

Keg at the Cambridge Blue with Alex W. Mid-gold with a touch of amber. Heavy visible carbonation. Banana, loquat, floral notes, bit of plastic in the nose. Alex gets coffee and, holding it from a certain angle I can’t disagree. Sweet taste, creamy, slight vegetal note. Bitter finish, heavy carbonation. I like it but if truth be told I expected more considering the brewery, the ABV and (I know we’re not supposed to mention it but...) the price. Verdict: good but not the best that this amazing brewery have to offer.

Keg at Craft beer Co, Islington. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting off white head froth. Aroma is lovely hop medley, with. Spicy floral citrus, honeysuckle, sweet hop juice. Palate is semi sweet, frothy carbonation, little sticky hop resin. Flavour is composed of semi sweet Base malts, spicy citrus, floral notes.. Firm assertive bitterness. Really nice.

Keg at The Italian Job, Mercato Metropolitano, Elephant and Castle, Saturday 8th April 2017 Pours warm gold with a white head. Aroma is a combo’ of tropical and citrus with a dab of pine thrown in for good measure. Taste is also a little bit of the kitchen sink treatment, i.e. Pine resin followed by waves of citrus and tropical fruits, sweet lemon mostly for the citrus flag with pineapple mostly for tropical. Good bittersweet balance, nice beer, had this with a fabulous pizza in this place. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.7
