500ml bottle wrapped in grey-paper from Vinmonopolet Aker Brygge. Coal black body. Spotty lacing, low off-white head. Spiced malt-fruity aromas, hints of oak. Vanilla caramel flavours, impact of cocoa and dark fruits. Nicely roasted brown malty end. Tasty and fine bodied(Big bottle session with Elisabeth, Jan Erik, Stefan and Finn, Tromsø 05.11.2016).

Black with a brown head - Good wood, vanilla, dark malt and whisky aromas - Good malt body with good flavours from wood, vanilla, whisky, bourbon with some dark fruity flavours along with a small hint of smoke - The wood, vanilla, some smoke tones goes into the finish - This was my kind of beer and it was real good

Nice light brown creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry boozy, oak, whiskey, cognac, rum, grass, dark malts, burnt caramel, minerals, weeds, hints of vanilla. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, oak, mild bourbon, cognac, minerals, weeds, bark, dark malts, dark sugar, grass, rum, burnt caramel. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish dry mouthfeel. Nice.
