Cask at the Euston Tap - London (and again at the Craft Beer Co. - Clerkenwell). Pours mostly clear gold with a foamy, white head. The nose holds lemon and simple pale malts. Light to medium sweet flavor with straw, subtle lemon rind and dry pale malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Pretty clean to finish with further bitter hay and lemon rind and balancing pale malt sugars. OK. Basic but tasty.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 29th October 2013. Pale gold with thick white foam. Grassy hop aroma. Rich grassiness in-mouth with slight savoury touch. Grassy bitter finish, although rounded with malt initially, with bitterness developing to dominate the finish. A light mouthfeel and body. Great session ale.
