Our Imperial White Ale is a cloudy straw color, and has a zesty citrus nose and a medium sweet aroma. It is refreshingly crisp with a bit of a wheat flavor. With medium hop bitterness, this is a delightful brew for any season.

Banana, orange, clove, coriander, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw and alcohol flavor. Good body. Weizenbock characteristics - excellent.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can, canned on Bovember 3, 2018 from shrubber85 poured into a weizen glass. Translucent deep golden with medium off-white head. Aroma is bread, medium body, medium carbonation, and good small-bubble lacing. Taste is bread, clove, some banana, and a little bubble gum. I would have guessed weizenbock, regardless I like this one. The ABV is well covered.

Thanks Gregg for sharing the can! Poured into a teku showing pale gold with sparse white foam. The nose shows Belgian yeast forward notes. The palate is lightly carbonated and medium bodied. Belgian yeast forward throughout. Standard Belgian.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 11/30/2018. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy deep golden amber color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of huge lemon, orange peel, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red apple, coriander, peppercorn, clove, banana, bubblegum, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, bready malts, and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with big strength. Taste of huge lemon, orange peel, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red apple, coriander, peppercorn, clove, banana, bubblegum, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, grassy bitterness; and pepper/clove yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange peel, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red apple, coriander, peppercorn, clove, banana, bubblegum, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, bready malts, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a nice malt/bitter/spiciness balance; and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness. Slight lingering spicy alcohol. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and fairly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Mildly increasing warmth of 9% after the finish. Overall this is a fantastic imperial white! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, bready malts, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to sip on for the big ABV, with the mellowly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Very rich and complex with amazing balance of Belgian yeast, spices, and raw wheat/pils malts; with solid earthy hop presence. Not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing spot on style example for an imperial style.

Trevlig.
