Tap@BRUS, Copenhagen - golden pour with white head. Fruity and malty aroma and taste, some zesty lemon citric notes, medium sweet, yeasty, light spices into the finish.

Draught at the newer location, 5/5/16.
Cloudy goldenrod with some brass tints and a medium-sized white head that slowly fades to cover.
Lots of orange rind, white pepper and a big fruity peach character. Honey, sourdough bread and a moderate amount of clean alcohol, heat things up somewhat. Seems quite attenuated from the nose and the alcohol and bready/grainy notes from the malt are a bit overexposed, it seems. The ester/phenol profile, otherwise, is pretty passable, with no cotton candy or heavy banana.
The texture is slick with a bit of syrup/alcohol and moderate carbonation that is mostly tight. Some bitter notes, grainy/bready malt at times (light) ending with a touch of alcohol heat/dryness. A bit heavy-handed with the dry phenols, bready malts and alcohol.

White golden colour, white head. Aroma of witbier, spicy, lots of orange zest and coriander. Nice, refreshing wheat flavour, yeast, light sweet, spicy. Finish banana and spices. Nice enough brew, just not really my cup of tea.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is estery and light spiced to herbal. Sweet, bubblegum, mild fruity and yeasty. Bitter and mild fruity into the finish.

GABF 2014. Pours a bit hazy, yellow appearance with a white head. Gooey mouth feel. Tons of spice in the flavor. Strong booze. Some banana and lemon. Bleh.

Draft - Sweet fruit esters and stone fruit yeast. Clear gold with a decent white head. Stone fruit, perfume, roses and a sweet yeasty finish. Not bad.

Draught at CBC 2014. Hazy hay yellow liquid with a medium white head. Aroma of coriander, wheat, pepper, perfume and lemon peel. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of perfume and lemon peel. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. OK.
