Our Imperial White Ale is a cloudy straw color, and has a zesty citrus nose and a medium sweet aroma. It is refreshingly crisp with a bit of a wheat flavor. With medium hop bitterness, this is a delightful brew for any season.

Very hazy amber beer, tidy white head. Crisp dry palate. Lactose cream start, sharp carbonation. A little wheaty malt. Trace of orange fruit. Finishes frothy and dry. Okay but could do with a little more flavour and a bit less fluff!

Rattle ’n Hum, NY 14oz tap ($8): Pours a very pale yellow body with a white head. Aroma is fruity sugar and yeast. Taste is rather sweet and fruity. It is probably actually a bit too sweet for me. Some aftertaste. Nothing too great, but plenty nice was a heavy wheat beer.

Poured up on tap at Kuhnhenn with gold to copper body that is somewhat opaque and supporting a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up a little yeasty notes, a little dusty notes and then some faint banana like esters. The taste has lots of yeasty estery banana and apple notes and then rolling into cloves and a pinch of black pepper. This is yet another nice offering.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a hazy pale gold color with a medium thick and fluffy white head that burns away slowly. Top ring of lacing. Aroma of bananas, malt and yeast. Medium body with flavors of hops, peppery yeast, malt and banana. The finish is fruity and spicy with some hops remaining in the aftertaste. Above average overall.
