Our Imperial White Ale is a cloudy straw color, and has a zesty citrus nose and a medium sweet aroma. It is refreshingly crisp with a bit of a wheat flavor. With medium hop bitterness, this is a delightful brew for any season.

On tap. Pours a fully hazed pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has lots of yeastiness: bubble gum and cloves. Flavor also is very strong in yeast flavors, having cloves, bubble gum, leaning toward banana. Also in there are quite a bit of citrus, particularly orange, and coriander and other spices. Pretty much no carbonation in here. Too much strong yeasty flavor, and it could definitely use some carbonation.

A hazed amber weizen with almost no head. Strong aroma of mothballs, fusel alcohol, bananas and cloves. In mouth, an intense bananas, clove extract, wood extract, warming alcohol, light off notes. Bottle at Mondiale 2010.

Draft at New Beer Dist. Pours a light, mostly clear orange with a soft, white head. Nose of spices, plenty of Belgian yeast, light fruits, and some malt. Flavor is sweet, with strong notes of wheat, clove, banana and spice, with some citrus and alcohol. Light to medium in body with lively carbonation and some warmth. Pretty good overall.
