Bottle from Biernavigatie, BB 05.10.15, large sample. Slight hazy golden color, short frothy slight off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, lychee, grapefruit, slight caramel. Medium bitter in taste, bit citrussy, slight sweet caramel notes. Good session IPA.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden to amber colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting and lacing, white head. Grassy, herbal hoppy aroma, foliage, tobacco, juniper, weed. Taste is dry, herbal and grassy hoppy, foliage, weed, some lime at most. Revokes the trendy fruity direction in toto.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with off-white head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is sweet, citrus, tropical fruits, mango, malt. Flavor is sweet and bitter, citrus, tropical fruits, mango. Finish is tropical fruits and grapefruit bitter. Overall: good.

From can at home. Comparison of filtered and new unfiltered versions. Pours deep golden-light amber with white head. Weak aroma of malt, much citrus, pine needles. Taste bitter-dry with citrus, some bread-like malt sweetness; a lot of grapefruit bitterness. Longlasting bitter aftertaste. Unfiltered has bigger and more stable head, more citrus, more complexity, some sulfur. Filtered has more malt aroma and more crispiness.
