Ein original belgisches Abteibier aus den Niederlanden, das mir wirklich gut geschmeckt hat. Ich trinke es an einem verregneten Sommertag in meiner Sommerresidenz in Spitz an der Donau. Es ist ein gefälliges, süßes Tripel, das mit feinen Aromen verwöhnt, ohne mit Zucker und Alkohol zu übertreiben. Es beitet Bisquit, weihnachtliche Gewürze und Lebkuchen -alles was man sich wünscht und wunderbar zusammenkomponiert. -Da merkt man die Profis. Kann ich gerne empfehlen.

0,33 bottle. Trappist triple in the well-known classic bottle. Its color is not too dark, slightly opalescent. Its foam is larger, white, beautiful, and long-lasting. Delicate, spicy aroma. Hoppy, candy-sugary, Belgian triple. Malty and hoppy at the same time, lots of everything, which is why I like good triple Belgian beers. The foam remained nicely. The taste is a little less fleshy than expected, but barely noticeable due to the carbonation. I expected more aftertaste and complexity. More citrusy - with a more concentrated sipping sensation of the Belgian "candy". There are better triples, but this is also a good one. It could have handled more hops in terms of taste, it has more aroma than bitter hops, so the candy takes away the flavor. This is just my own opinion, I don't want to get into it, they probably know better what a real tiple is like - in a Belgian abbey brewery :)

Az ismert klasszikus üvegben a trapista triple. Színe nem túl sötét, picit opálos. Habja annál nagyobb, fehér, szép, és tartós. Finom, fűszeres illat. Komlós, kandis- cugros, belga triple-s. Malátás és komlós is egyben, mindenből sok, ezért szeretem a jó triple belga söröket. A hab szépen megmaradt. Ízre picit testetlenebb a vártnál,de a szénsavasság miatt alig érezhetően. Utóízre és összetettségre többet vártam. Inkább citrusos - a belga "kandisos" töményebb kortyérzet mellett. Vannak azért jobb triple-k, de ez is egy jó darab. Több komlót elbírt volna ízre, inkább aroma-mint keserű komló van benne, így a kandis elviszi az ízt. Ez csak saját vélemény, nem akarok beleszólni, valószínűleg ők azért jobban tudják, milyen egy igazi tiple - egy apátsági belga főzdében :)
