Color dorado oscuro, con destellos naranjas. Espuma blanca que disminuye rápidamente.
Aromas florales y dulces, presencia aromática del lúpulo y frutal.
Es una cerveca que encuentra el equilibrio entre el dulce y el amargo. Notas frutales y a caramelo de entrada, con un toque amargo al final y un ligero punto alcoholico. Buen cuerpo y carbonatación media, muy suave en boca.
Recuerda bastante a la Dubbel de la Trappe, pero algo más amarga.

750ml bottle. Poured a nice orange color with a huge, fluffy white head atop. Aroma was nice grain, wheat with some candi sugar. Flavor had some nice funky yeast character going on. Pretty nice.

Hoppy and malty aroma and taste. Sweetish with caramel and alcohol present in the taste. Bottle, best until 5/09, tasted april 2011. Chunks of yeast, amber color. Surprisingly lacking in aroma. Sherry and tangerine in the sweet flavor. Apple. This beer doesn’t age too well IMO.

Banana bread and bubblegum aroma. Typical sweet alcohol flavor. Good hard hitting example of the style.
