(Can, 0.33 l - BB 11 November 2017, from Viking Amorella, 20170508) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, canned fruits and malts. Palate was medium bodied with rather high carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sweetness, canned fruits, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and unpleasantly bitter. A weird fizzy brew with acrid finish.

On cask at the Guildford Arms. Appearance - amber with a decent head. Nose - toffee and biscuits. Taste - light shandy thing going on then toffee and biscuits again. Palate - close to medium bodied. It’s too sweet through the middle and end though. Overall - a big too sweet. More like a Scottish Ale in style.
