DDH version of Ever Clever. DDH with Simcoe, Mosaic, Motueka, & Centennial.
It’s the cleverest of the ever-ests. Your favorite banter-slinging, foxy DIPA now bursts with a wicked double dry hop that’ll keep your taste buds as nimble as your wits.
Tasting Notes: Bursting, foxy, intricate

Can at home, 20/04/18. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange wine gums, pine resin, melon, tangerine, soft breads, toasted malts, grapefruit zest. Taste comprises pithy citrics, mango, passionfruit, cantaloupe melon, ripe tropical fruits, soft breads. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Decent DIPA.

Can from BD Soho. It pours cloudy bright orange with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, crazy juicy, passion fruit, tangy mango, sticky, fruit punch and candied peel. The taste is smooth, good deal of bitterness, dry, juicy, green aspect, tangerine, mango, passion fruit, kumquat, fruit smoothie, cointreau, peppery spice and a touch of resin with a smooth and drying aftertaste. Medium+ body and fine, foamy carbonation. Really juicy and well rounded. Good hit of bitterness and alcohol balances out the juicy fruit.

Can. Brewdog, North Street, Leeds. Fully hazy, orange gold. Skim of sticky, white head. Nose has nicely rich, stewed, soggy stone fruit and citrus. Plummy esters. Sweet grain. Full works here. Smells great. Taste is sticky sweet, with a oily, scraped citrus bitterness. Medium body. Hint of the ABV. Soft carbonation. Juicy bitterness to finish. Hugely drinkable. Kudos to Brewdog bringing these over and selling them on at a really sensible price.
