This 'hybrid' of two different beer 'species' - the Belgian-style Witbier and the hoppy IPA - was brewed with lots of wheat and oats, then fermented with a combination of Belgian and French yeast strains, for those characteristic Witbier spice/clove/bubblegum esters. It was then heavily aroma and dry-hopped, in true IPA style, with Fusion, Jester, Olicana and UK Cascade hops
