‘Exotic’ matter exhibits unusual properties that violate conventional physics laws. We call this ‘Exotic Physics’.

This is an IPA - but an unconventional, more exotic one. Gooseberry and melon hop flavours compliment a subtle blend of Belgian fruity and spicy qualities packed with plenty of soft grassy undertones.

440ml can: BBE Sep 2021. Drank at home on 4th Jul 2021. Light haze in the golden amber body, thin off-white head. Aroma was a mild mix of floral, malt and yeast esters; nothing strong or dominant. Taste also a blend of flavours with maltiness just about in the lead over the hop content. Can mentions Gooseberries and Melons, sorry I didn't notice any!

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft I believe. Pours lightly hazed deep orange-russet with a frothy, off-white head. Has some lightly toasted grains, burnt honey, earthy and leafy hops, bread, a suggestions of caramel. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Fairly sweet finish, some brown bread, candied sugar, mellow yeast, more grains, soft grassy bitterness. Interesting overall.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, sudsy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Slightly fruity and yeasty aroma, hints of mirabelle and apricot, a mild touch of white pepper. Taste is dry, minimally tart, fruity and yeasty spicy, minimally diluted hints of mirabelle, apricot and peach, a touch of white pepper. Very refreshing, highly drinkable.

Keg at MKs SE1. It pours hazy amber with a small white head. The aroma is bready, bitter - sweet, spicy, fruity streak, watermelon, playdough, nougat. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, peppery spice, earthy, wood, metallic tang from the high carbonation, very bready, touch of soapy citrus, green banana and earth with a dry and spiced finish. Medium body and moderate - high foamy carbonation. Decent enough Belgian number.
