16oz. can. Tasted on the 29/01/2018 at "Brewdog Camden". Clear yellow colour with a fizzy white head. Aroma of hay, lemon peel, sweet grains and biscuits. Taste is slightly tarty and salty with a nice floral and citrusy touch. Finish is tangy and funky. Next one please!

Bodney Towers bottleshare. Thanks to Scopey for the can. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, slightly soft, modest fine carbonation. Soft malts. Modest tangy pineapple. Mellow floralness. Touch of dry seltzer. Smooth dry finish. Light savoury linger. Never gets going but it's all right.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/28/2017. Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lightly tart lemon, lime, pineapple, pear, red/green apple, white grape, smoked salt, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice aromas with good balanced and complexity of fruity/light acidic yeast, pineapple, smoked salt, pale malt, and light earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of tart lemon, lime, pineapple, pear, red/green apple, white grape, smoked salt, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity/lactic tartness, fruit/wheat tang, and herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, pineapple, pear, red/green apple, white grape, smoked salt, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/light acidic yeast, pineapple, smoked salt, pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/tartness balance, and zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Lightly increasing dryness from tartness and fruit/wheat tang. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready, and fairly acidic/saline/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is a very good Gose. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/light acidic yeast, pineapple, smoked salt, pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink; with the mildly lactic/tangy/drying finish. Unique, well made, and very approachable. Not as lactic as I expected but solid. Not overdone on the salt, smokiness, or pineapple. A very enjoyable offering, and nice style example.

16oz can taken out from BrewDog, Leicester. Light yellow and clear as they come, with some visible carbonation but almost no head. Light metallic smell of seawater, ackee, overripe melon. Taste is muted but delicious with the smoked salt taking the fore. There's just a touch of hoppy/fruity tartness in the finish. Watery body but the intense carbonation makes up for it. Refreshing and complex, it I think I like the idea of it more that the actual beer.

Can shared in Hackney - cheers to Paul. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has crisp cereal, hay, lemon peel, dough. Light sweet flavour with low acidity, some salt, lemon, more dough. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Tangy finish, some ripe lemon, wheat flakes. Somewhat clean. Novel.

Can shared at LKS. It pours clear golden with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet, stewed pineapple, dull smoke, pineapple rings, sweaty, candied fruits and honey. The smooth, from dryness, sweet, tangy, big pineapple, mild acidity, salted cracker, earthy, touch of tannin and wood with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent fruity gose.
