330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey golden colour with small, frothy collapsing and completely fading, white head. Earthy-floral herbal and fruity aroma, hints of herbs, petals, a touch of anise and fennel, yellow stone fruit. Taste is mildly tart, herbal and minimally fruity, hints of anise and fennel, a touch of white grapes; soft, almost a bit flat carbonation. So-so.

Bottle at home, 07/07/18. Hazed orange golden with a decent off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is lIght pissy citrics, on the turn melon, straw, light funk, ladies knickers. Taste comprises dusty fruits, lactic tang, decaying citric flash, damp cloth. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a very mellow pucker. Inoffensive sour but stuck in the lower end of 3rd gear.

Bodney Towers bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus. Light haze on this pale gold beer, small white head. Light palate, dry and with a fine minerally crispness. Thin malts. Tart generic fruits, some lemon acid. Touches of licorice, mandarin and candy fruits on the back end. Light dry finish. Nice enough, certainly off the beaten track.

Bottle shared in Hackney - cheers to Fergus. Pours clear gold with a small, creamy, white head. The nose has some peach, melon, lemon. Light sweet flavour with some doughy bread, light acidity, lemon juice, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, more lemon, lime, a little tartness. Fun stuff.

Bottle thanks to Fergus. It pours clearish with a small white head. The aroma is sweet aniseed upfront, liquorice, fennel, hay, herbal, coriander and musty funk. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, earthy, herbal, light lactic vibes, aniseed, lemon sherbet, Granny Smith apple and hay with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Unusual, but not bad.
