Imperial Chocolate Coffee Stout created with our friends Prairie Artisan Ales from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dense, deep black, seduces immediatly your nose with a strong green, fresh non-roasted coffee. Immediatly after, cocoa and roasted flavors dominate the scene with a bitter-sourness typical of an Espresso coffee. The champions’ breakfast.

On tap @ ChiareScure Festival, Milano 2019. Il naso riconosce segni di caffè. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è discreto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano sentori di caramello, cereali, cioccolato e Nescafé carico e freddo.

Aroma of roasted malt, lots of coffee, dark chocolate, hint of peat, hint of pepper. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Quite tasty coffee Stout.

Tap at Borefts’14: Black colored brew with beige foamy head. Taste of Italian coffee, caramel, chocolate and roasted malts and an fine bitter aftertaste.

33cl bottle from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours black, with very fine brown foam, limited. Aroma is of coffee and cocoa, but also cherry. Body is slightly dense, smooth and sticky, with soft carbonation. Taste is pretty roasty bitter, continuing for a long time in the final.

330 ml bottle. Pours black with moderate creamy tan head. Aromas of black coffee, dark chocolate and roasted malts. Flavors of espresso, dry black chocolate, rye bread and dry roasted malts. Really nice for the ABV.

Draught, taster. @Barcelona Beer Festival 2022, Barcelona (Spain). 15/10/2022 [#5.491 Global - #95 Italy - #6 Brewfist] Pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma: dark chocolate, espresso and cookies. Taste: roasted malts, espresso coffee, lacto sweetness. Mild coffeeish mouthfeel. Next one please!
