Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of white wine and wood. Very sour flavour, lactic acid. Finish white wine, bit citrus, lactic acid. Enjoyable and refreshing, but not very balanced imho.

Bottle at BBF 6, 27/09/14. Almost clear golden with no head. Nose is bitter citrics, tangy orange, sour mash up, musty dank woodness. Taste comprises earthy tones, dark fruit peel, woody rinse, tarte mandarin, funky licks, barnyard, damp straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with tarte fruit licks and a swoosh of acidity. Ok sour but lacks any real complexity.

[9/27/14] Bottle sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2014 in Bodegraven. Clear golden. Funky aroma with malt, cookies, vinegar and fruits. Sour and slightly sweetish flavor with malt, fruits and funk. Medium-bodied.

Tap at Borefts 2014. Poured a clear light amber with little life. The aroma is orange citrus yeast. The flavour is light sour light sweet with a sweet citrus yeast palate. Moderate to light bodied with flat carbonation.

Bouteille 33cl, batch# 687, BB 01/2015. Light gusher. De couleur orangée trouble, col jaunâtre disparaissant vite. Arôme boisé, fruité fermenté rappelant la pêche. Palais sur haute effervescence, sec avec une petite note noisette farineux en fini. Léger funk avec un niveau acidulé bien présent. Possible note barrique - vin, côté suret agrumes perdure mais en net retrait par rapport au profil acidulé. Effort un peu raté, l’effervescence haute gâche le tout.

Had this in bottle at Sytches campsite, Much Wenlock, Shropshire, Thursday 21st August 2014 Pours cloudy light muddy colour, a few stray bubbles no head. Musty sour nose, a little zippiness, tart, fuzzy, really twangy, initially refreshing but I was thirsty, its ok but no great shakes. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

Bottle @ Nuetnigenough, Brussels. Pours hazy dark yellow with a white head. Aroma of sourness, brett, oak, green apples, light vinegar. Flavor is sour, oak, bretty, fruit, green apples, berries. Medium body, soft carbonation, light acidic finish. 310714
