Flaska från Etre Gourmet. Orangegul, mycket grumlig, drar åt tunn nyponsoppa i färgen, medelhögt skum som direkt försvinner. Syrlig doft, mjölksyrakultur, vete, citrus, nypon. Lite vass syra, ganska tjock munkänsla, relativt söt lite bärig smak, nypon, havtorn, satsumas. Trevlig.

Bottle from De Hopduvel. Orange hazy colour, no foam, medium carbonation. Aroma of tart green apples, fruity with sour finish and some sweetness. Good sour beer.

Bottle at Reading BF 2014. Sour beer. Some lactose. Yes sourness but it has a light lactose element. Some lemon. Ok but I am guessing this is deliberately infected rather than spontaneously fermented. Ok apple.

Bottle from Bier Tempel, Brussels. It pours hazy orange with a quickly dissipating white head. The nose is earthy, barnyard, manure, vinegar, lemon peel, grapefruit and dirt. The taste is earthy, funky, dirt, acidic, manure, hay, orange, sherbet, lemon, with a dry, prickly carbonation. Medium body and lively carbonation. Pretty tasty stuff. Not a whole lot to it, but solid anyhow.

Bottle. Hazy orange liquid with huge white head. Aroma of lemon, apple, stable, barnyard, plastic, sweat and oranges. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of plastic, apple, stable and sulphur. Pretty weird. Medium bodied with high carbonation. Weird but OK.

Slow, but inevitable gushing to huge, but audibly shrinking yellow head over hazed bright-orange beer. Spicy, yeasty, estery notes of bubble gum, banana & citrus jumping out of the glass. As a wild version of Bavarian Weisse (there is some saddlesoap aroma in the background). Quite acidic, but very fruity flavour - as an alcoholic version of certain fruit drinks seen on TV... Brett-like flavours, giving unexpected depth, but always with a nearly explosive, fizzy MF. Hint at arachide and dry rootspices. Fizzy, and that’s putting it mildly. Light body, certain slickness. I can’t help liking this. It’s unsettling, original... but somehow I’m getting Oasis dreams.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Joes. Clear yellow-golden color, huge fizzy head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is musty, cellar, lightly sour. Tastes light to moderately sour, green apple, sour apple peel. Average to medium body and carbonation.

Drank close to a full 33 cl. bottle @ Brugs Bier Festival 2014. Hazy orange with no head like the other two. Quite fruity, lactic, oranges, peaches, rich lactic sour, touch vinegar. Taste is ripe oranges, berries, fruity, flowers, lactic sour overall, touch sugar, rich. No carbonation. Lovely & by far the best one from the series for me.
