Bottle at Pivoteka. Poured a nice misty dark orange body with a small head that went away fast/immediately. Subdued aroma, slightly funkjy, slightly citrusy. Well balanced taste actually, surprised me positively. The tartness and the funk are quite well integrated into the full, say, malty body. Again, citric traces. Not exceedingly sour, not a chance, not complex. Just a well rounded sour that functions well, marred only, perhaps, by trace acetic acid in the finish.

On tap at Haand Festival. It’s an unclear, orange-colored beer topped by a dense, off-white to beige colored head. Nice lacings. It’s lightly sourish on the nose, rather fruity, with citrus notes and some malts. Acidic, fruity and refreshing flavor, it’s dry and medium bodied, and a tad heavy on the carbonation. Slightly grainy. Lasting acidic and fruity finish. A bit on the acidic side for me, but it’s a nice one anyway. 150530

Pours bit unclear amberbond. Regular sized white head fades instantly. Smell is sharp sour, like a US style sour. Taste is intensely sour, bit grainy in the back. Lemonsourness as well as some funk. Dry in the beginning, but the malts quickly chip in with an almost creamy, perhaps even sweet backbone. Too much carbonation for myself ( no gusher though ) Nice.

11.2oz bottle, opens with barely a hiss. Pretty straight-up sour, has some Italian and US sour like feels. Chewy leathery fruit tones, brett? The body is sort of plain, but almost feels like it has some amber malt or something in there too. Really trying to enjoy it, but it isn’t that impressive of an offering.

Bottled 330ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Hazy orange/golden coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, sourish fruity nose. Popcorn like taste with notes of sour fruits and caramel. Slight spicy and mild acidic yeasty finish. Probably something went wrong here.

Lemon, oak, and funk aromas in that order. Clear amber, thin head. Intense tartness, lemon and crabapple. Oak and green apple finish with some very subtle farmhouse funk. Light body, soft carbonation. Elegant and well done sour. Nice complexity and intensity while preserving subtlety.

11.2 ounce bottle from State Line shared at a tasting, 5/4/15. Hazy orange, thin fizzy off-white head, decent retention. Aroma of funk, cheese, grape, apricots, pale malt and, oddly, corn. The taste is tart lemon, citrus, funk, pepper, cheese. Thin bodied, low carbonation, strong lingering tartness.

On tap at Haandbryggeriet Beer Festival 2015. Thanks to Bergstaden for the share. Clear golden body under a filmy layer. Smell of farmyard and earthy malts with citric hints. Sour fruity flavours, grapes and lemon. Prolonged ending. Oily palate. Palate cleanser (Drammen 30.05.2015).
