Bottle, 330 ml from Pivoteka, Zagreb. Shared with Miro and JFK10000. Pours deep cloudy orange, small white head. Fruity, yeasty, vinous and quite sour. Not complex like Sigma, pretty much one sided.

Bottle from Corti Bros. Pours light gold tinge with copper and a slight, slight white head. Aroma of citrus and fruit, but mild, and I’m not getting tart/sour. Med body or so. Flavor is mildly tart citrus and fruit. It is a little astringent. It’s quite clean and is a good drink. Can’t figure out the bacteria, but I doubt it’s Brett.

Golden to copper in colour. Aroma and flavour offer a balance of fresh sharpness and light grainy maltiness. Fairly smooth and full bodied.

Bottle shared during the RBScSG2015. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head that quickly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is tiny fruity, slightly funky and slightly phenolic with sourdough bread, biscuits, lemon juice, pineapple, green apples, hay, dry soil, barnyard, rubber and lemon zest. Taste is sour, moust, tiny fruity and slightly funky. Mouthfeel is dry, tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour with sourdough bread, lemon juice, pineapple, green apples, moist wood, hay, dry soil, barnyard and lemon zest. Unclean and all over the place.
