Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Clear orange with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, sour fruit and light acetone. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 230616

Bottle at home in garden, 28th May 16. Pours clear dark amber, no head. Aroma is apple peel, funk, slight spice. Taste is tart, apple, funk, hint of barnyard and some spice, finish is tart and sweet, toffee apple linger. Very good

On tap at The Hay Merchant. Pours a hazy yellow gold with no head. The aroma is oak, apple skin, funk, lemon. Thin mouth, apple skin, wood, nice tartness, very nice.

Shared bottle at home. Pours hazy amber with almost no head. Aroma of sour fruit, lemon, tar, old nuts, drain, effervescent powder. Taste sour with a little sweetness. Thin bodied, low carbonation.

Bottle @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, brett, lactose acid, malt and hops. Sour finish.

On tap at The Sovereign DC pours a hazy orange with a ring of white head. Nose has lemon, acid, a little champagne vinegar, some sulfur too. Flavor is tart with both lemon juice and vinegar, straw, white grapefruit. Too much acid on the finish.

Bottle. Nose is yeast, slight sulphur, eggs,vegetation. Not especially appealling. Taste is better, sour, wheat, lemon, goesberry, green apple, sour sweets, slight sulphur in the finish which distracts, dry tart finish. A nice, refreshing tart beer.

33 cl bottle served in red wine glass. Pours hazy dark amber. Tan head vanishes in a wink. Very deep aromas of cider, honey, candy, cookies and sour strawberries. Taste is very dry, fizzy, very sour (but well balanced), not bitter at all. Long acidic finish with hints of green apple. A bomb, much better than the present score might indicate.
