Orange color and low carbonation. Lightly soir, good hop flavor and light, soft palate. Some dry, earthy yeast..good beer if not especially.

Flaska från Saveur Bieré. Smak och doft av humle, jäst, gröna äpplen, vinäger, jord, citrus, hö, halm, ladugård med toner av aprikos. Lätt syrlighet, torr, lagom sötma, fin beska.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of sherbet, brett, fruit. Taste is apple juice, light sour. Very fruity.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Cloudy orange with fizzy, white head. Tart, citrusy aroma with grapes, hay and yeast. Taste is tart lemon, slight leather, green grapes, toffee and yeast. Nice and balanced, but lacks just a little bit of complexity.

Cloudy orange golden color with a fine frothy white head. Looks good and inviting. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a soft-ish carbonation. Pleasant mellow acidity and a round nice sweetness. Fruity, yeast, citric, toffee and some banana in the flavor. Nice tasty evening sipper.

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 29.07.16.Cloudy dark peach colour. Small head. Aroma of sourness and citrus. Similar taste, also with pale malt. Citrus in aftertaste. OK, but not among the greatest sour beers.

Flaske delt med Ovesen etter endt fredagsbrygging: lett uklar oransjegylden med kort skum. Sursyrlig duft av aprikos, overmodne bær, citron og lime. Svært syrlig smak/ettersmak. Slank.

Bottle. Hazy orange, minimal quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is freshly sour to tart, citrus, funk, green apples, hay, slight horse blanket. Taste is sour with just a slight hint of vinegar, other than that a balanced sourness with citrus, green apples, berries, apricotes, in the far back a hint of malty sweetness to balance it out, finishes dry with more berries. Medium body, low almost flat carbo. Very good.

Draught. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy very sour aroma. Moderate bitter very dry sour flavor. Long finish. Oily palate.
