Draught. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is tart fruits, some vinegar, hay and mild toffee tones. Flavour is citrus, some vinegar, mild rubbery tones along with some earthy and herbal tones.

Small shortlasting head. Aroma is fresh, grapefruit, raw rhubarb, soda powder, citrus peel, sour socks, oak, bark. Taste is dry sour-ish, sorrel, citrus peel, oak, soda powder, bark, lemon. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.

Draught @ 6th Borefts Beer Festival 2014, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Brekeriet Sorbré ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, baking yeast, smoke - plastic (burnt) notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, fruity, tart, yeasty, baking yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140926]

On tap @ Borefts 2014. A nice straw yellow one this with a small sidesticking bright white head on top. A bit grainy in the nose initially. Bretty lemon tones. Mild wood. Some of the sour grapes often found in these and traces of both smoke and cat pee. A bit strange. It has a nice oily feeling in the mouth and it's soft in the pricking bubbles. Lemon sour and really bretty. Sour white strawberries and white currants. A little grainy in the taste also I have to say. Super mouthdrying bitter white lemon zest in the finish. A fair amount of wood also detected. This been on some sort of wood perhaps? Almost a little astringent, but still nice. 27.09.2014

On tap at Hamnmästaren, Malmö. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of hay, funk, citrus and pineapple. Similar taste. Also with light notes of "butter". Not bad but I have had better ones from Brekeriet.

Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Fruity and light acidic aroma of berries and brett. Fruity and light acidic flavour of citrus. Tart finish. Basic, but very refreshing.

Draught at All In Beer Fest 2014. Hazy hay yellow liquid with a medium white head. Aroma of funk, sweat, lemon and sulphur. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of lemon and funk. Light to medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Quite a lot sulphur in the aroma, sadly enough.

Draught @ BBB. Pours hazy vibrant yellowish golden with a small white head that leaves some small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny sour and slightly buttery with crackers, lemon, grapes, wood, hay, pineapple, barnyard and hints of yoghurt. Taste is sour with cereal, crackers, dry soil, minerals, lemon, yoghurt, hay, lemon zest, butter, wood and rubber. Mouthfeel is slightly dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour with cereal, lemon dry soil, hay, butter and hints of manure. Rather unimpressed with this one. Feels young and all over the place. Put it in the wood for another year and it might develop nicely.
