Sample from Studio Track #2014-03 at the tap room. Reddish-amber color with a medium light beige head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel and fruit. Medium-bodied with flavors of roast malt, caramel and mild grassy hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Simultaneously too sweet and too bitter - sharp acidity throughout - a lot of sugary sweet malt flavor, light esters  - hops are peppery, bitterness is astringent - hops are peppery and mildly earthy - overall very one dimensional - kind of meh.
