Bottle shared at Cotteridge get together. Fragrant chai and coffee aroma. Jet black. Creamy beige head. Light bitter with a herbal chai element. Medium bodied. Creamy. Fizzy carbonation. Long finish. Works well.

Shared bottle on 23rd June 2018, Cotteridge gathering. Tanned topping on my black body, chocolate notes in the malty nose, with a light 'tea' trace or two. Taste was malts first and foremost with chocolate notes leading the way, some spicy leanings and again a light 'tea' presence within the flavours.

Bottle split at Cotteridge Convention IV, many thanks, 23/06/18. Pitch black with a well presented dirty tan cap. Nose is tangy fruits, cocoa powder, chai tea, spice, toffee. Taste comprises chocolate biscuit, dark malts, spice, herbal notes, chai, dusty fruits Medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a lick of booze. So so for style ... definitely the lowest scoring Yeti for me.

Bottle, split at Cotteridge. Dark brown. Small, tan head. Nose has spiced mocha. Fruity herb. Heavy malts. Taste is light sweet, with a fruity, spicy bitterness. Rich mouthfeel. A tad heavy and boozy. Spice and tar on the finish.

12.04.2018, tap @ RR:
Nice brown creamy mediumlasting head, deep dark pour. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, weeds, dark malts, burnt toast, roasted grain, minerals, nuts, bark, roasted coffee, cocoa, hay, hints of licorice, and spices. Taste is slightly sweet roasted, dark sugar, dark malts, roasted grain, burnt toast, nuts, coffee, ashes, minerals, cocoa, caramel. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly sweet roasted mouthfeel. Nice, but I can't really say I understand the whole chai thing...
