A frothy white head and a hazy pour, some citrus and grassy aromas. A strong malty backbone gives a biscuity vibe, perhaps even a little cereal! This is well balanced with a dry bitter quality and some herbal flavours. This reminds us of summer, crack a can whenever winter is getting you down.

(Keg at Konttori, 20140609) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had fruitiness, pine and oatmeal bread. Palate was quite light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, pine, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A very nice hoppy pale ale.

On tap at Pelt Trader Cannon Street. Cloudy amber lasting cream head. Sherberty hop aroma. Rather a good beer but then again I did have to queue for 10 mins so any beer would taste good. Good citrus fruits. Remarkably drinkable. Enjoyed it.

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland Saturday Session 1 - 01/03/14. Hazed pale golden orange with a moderate odd white covering. Nose is tangerine, toasted malts, hops, lemon sherbet, grassy pangs. Taste comprises toasty malt, melon, orange pith, bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid enough offering, I had this down as an APA with limited hop presence, bloody golden blondes !!!
