Adam from Edge Brewing Project (Australia) flew over with the best Galaxy hops he could find, carefully stowed under his seat. Together with the crew from Dugges we then crafted this IPA, with the aim of perfectly balancing hops, yeast, malt and water. Something with character, yet invigoratingly drinkable.

Keg @ BBB. Pours murky extremely hazy yellow with a rather small creamy white head that leaves some sparse trace in the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and grassy with white bread, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, papaya, guanabana, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sweet, bitter, heavy fruity and grassy. Mouthfeel is soft, tiny chalky, round, tiny dry, slightly astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter, heavy fruity and tiny chives grassy. Very close to the new world order IPAs of the US which is amazing but this is slightly too bitter and chives heavy to be "true" to the Trillium and Tree House stuff.

Draught at Omnipollos Hatt. Super hazy light orange liquid with medium white head. Aroma of mango, tangerine, fresh hops, pineapple, light grain and passion fruit. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with notes of citrus, tangerine, grapefruit peel and pineapple. A bit harsh bitterness. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. A tad sweet and a tiny bit harsh bitterness. Otherwise, super nice. Very hoppy.
