How: Draught.
Where: The Bishops Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm.
Appearance: Hazy dark golden colour with a small bubbly white head.
Aroma: Weak, fruit, a bit sour.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Raspberries, fruit, a bit metallic.
Comment: Good fruit flavour, almost no aroma. Not the least bit sour.

On tap at Bishops Arms Folkis. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of medium sour wild strawberries jam and light bread. Similar taste, also some metallic notes in the taste. The finish was on the dry side and medium sour. A bit strange and too weak.

Draft @ Bishops Arms Hornstull, Stockholm. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity weak sour wild strawberry aroma. Fruity weak sour sweetish wild strawberry flavor. Has a fruity weak sour wild strawberry finish.

Draught. Hazy hay yellow liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of smultron, grain, vanilla, sweet malt and light lacto. Taste is very light sweet and light bitter with notes of wild raspberries, light grain, pineapple and light lemon. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Meh. Not a sour. The lacto is totally missing. Unnecessary beer. Doesn’t fill any function. I guess this is a beer with Lactobacillus Clausenii from White Labs or their Berliner Weisse culture handled the wrong way. Or possibly a sour mash/kettle sour gone wrong.

Keg at Bishops Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, small head. Expected aroma of sour wild strawberries. Dryish with light body and clean mouthfeel. Metallic wild strawberries, some yoghurty metallic sourness. Almost no bitterness.
