Draught @ Bishops Avenyn during RBScSG. Pours tiny hazy pale golden with a big frothy white head that leaves lots of sticky lacing and trace on he glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly fruity and grassy with crackers, grapefruit juice, star fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, fruity and grassy. Mouthfeel is tiny crisp, astringent, watery and light bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit, mango, star fruit, gooseberries, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals and lemon zest. Solid hoppy grassy SIPA. Perhaps a bit watery but refreshing. --- Beer merged from original tick of S:t Eriks & Samuel Adams Transatlantic #02 - Jazz Session on 09 Jul 2015 at 19:25 - Score: 7.
