This is a full bodied 10.5% ABV IMperial Stout with huge amounts of roasted malt. Its single hopped with Centennial.
After fermentation it´s infused with SHG-Coffe from Las Delicias El Salvador from the Menendez family plantation 1600 m above the sea.
This is an organic Single Estate coffe imported and roasted by the guys at Johan&Nyström just outside Stockholm.

Black with tan head. Roasted aroma with malt, coffee, chocolate and hints of vanilla. Dry taste of coffee and chili with some dark chocolate, dark fruit and vanilla. Long finish.

Draught @ The Rover. Pours black with a frothy beige head that slowly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is malty with roasted malts, bitter chocolate, dark roast coffee, peppery wood and hints of green chili and alcohol. Taste is sweet and bitter with roasted malts, bitter chocolate, dark roast coffee, green chili, charred wood, moist soil and alcohol. Mouthfeel is round, , soft, tiny roasted astringent, tiny boozy and medium to full bodied. Finish is bitter with roasted malts, dark roast coffee and charred wood. Simple and quite good.

Sampled bottled(?) at "En öl & whiskymässa" in Göteborg, on April 12, 2013.During "Panelprovning / Bryggarna bakom ölen" on Friday.Dark brown color, small brown head. Malty, roasted, coffee scent, some alcohol. Coffee, sweet, some light chili, raisin taste. Coffee aftertaste, also chili. Medium to smooth mouthfeel, fairly low bitterness.

Draught (Göteborg Ölmass 2013) - Black in colour. Liquorice, coffee and roasted malt in the aroma. Roasted and rich taste with plain chocolate, liquorice and some slightly smoky notes.

Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm. Perfectly black, mid sized beige head. Rich coffee aroma. Fruity and peppery with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Licorice and coffee, really bitter finish. Full flavoured, but not heavy or overly sweer. Really good!
