Bottle, 11.7%. Good bready aroma, caramelly with a mild port note. Almost clear dark brown colour. Small stable creamy light brown head. The flavour has creamy and bready notes. Also extremely creamy mouthfeel. Sweet in the good way. Mouthfeel like the best Trappists. Only sweeter.
Top notch world class. The whisky is great and meshes so well with the base beer. Bier central ghent

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours elegant brown, with fine whitish foam. Aroma is intensely malty, caramel, molasses, dry fruits, plus clearly an alcoholic feeling given by the whisky component. Body is actually on the thin side, with intense carbonation, but with quite a stickiness. Taste is intensely sweet, but also nicely spiced. Final is long and warm.
