Bottle thanks to WIll. Pours a cloudy white with no head. The aroma is wheat, dough, oak, fruity. Thin mouth, wheat, dough, lemon, light oak, nice tart finish, very good.

Hazy pale yellow with a small white head and light lacing. Aroma is lemon, yeast and straw. Flavors of wheat, lemon with some tartness, dry finish

Hazy pale yellow color, no head. Very tart, Berliner Weisse -like aroma. Light-bodied. Tartness, fruityness, some lingering green apple flavors. Easy to drink but has some medicinal notes.

Bottle at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2013. Hazy light hay yellow liquid with small white head. Aroma of apples, grain, lacto, fruit and lemon peel. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of apples, lemons and light grain. Fresh. Light bodied with medium carbonation. Refreshing and quite clean.

Sample at SBWF 2013. (rating 3400) A bit hazy pale yellow with a white head. Tart aroma and taste of lemon, wood, yeast, wheat, green apples and funk. The mouthfeel was light. A refreshing one.

Bottled@SBWF2013. Hazy pale yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is tart wood, some mild wheat as well as mild yeastiness. Flavour is tart wood, mild citrus, some wheat, yeast and mild lactic notes.

Bottle @ sbwf13. Hazy pale yellow, almost no head. Juicy apples, soury aroma. Flavor has apple juice, sourness. Feels like a sour cide or fresh sqeezed apple juice. Refreshing.Good work! Edit typo.
