Bottle 330ml. @ [ madmitch76 - 20K Tasting ] - chriso & Boudicca House, London. [ As Keith Stout Keith ].Clear dark brown color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dusty dark malt, dark roasted, dusty malt. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dusty maly, dark malt, sweet malt, roasted, sweet roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160115]

Bottle at MadMitch76 20K tasting, thanks to Dave. Bit of a gush on open which worries meβ¦. It pours opaque black with a thick tan head. The nose is roasted malt, bitter- sweet character, coffee grounds, cacao nibs and chewy malt. The taste is bitter, rich coffee character, earthy roasted malt, toast, charred wood and chewy malt. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not as bad as feared. Overall OK.
