Mohawk Black Coffee IPA är bryggd med kaffe från kafferosteriet da Matteo i Göteborg. En mycket välbalanserad svart IPA som passar utmärkt till påskens mat och på egen hand i vårsolen.
Humlearomatisk, rostad smak med tydlig beska, inslag av apelsinchoklad, kaffe, torkad frukt, rosmarin, lakrits och mörkt bröd.
Malt: Pilsener, Maris Otter Pale Ale, Rye, Dark Munich, Caramunich, Caraaroma, Carafa Special, Roost 900.
Humle: Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Citra, Columbus, Crystal, Magnum, Simcoe.

Draft. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty coffee aroma. Roasted malty coffee flavor with hints of chocolate. Has a roasted malty coffee finish.

From tap. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is solid coffee and grapefruity hoppy. Bitter, citrusy and smooth grapefruity hoppy. Smooth fruity and peachy into a crisp hoppy finish.

Draft. A dark red -brown beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of coffee, roasted malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, coffee, and alcohol, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught at SBWF. Dark brown, creamy beige head. Aroma of coffee and black currant. Dry with medium-full body and rather crisp mouthfeel. Coffee and grains, really bitter finish. Nice!

Draught (Stockholm Beer Festival 2012) - Black with a tan head. Coffee, soap, roasted malt and liquorice in the aroma. Roasted taste with roasted malt, coffee, pine, chocolate and liquorice standing out.

Draught@SBWF2012. Very deep ambery brown colour, small brown head. Aroma is spicy, coffeeish and mildly fruity. Flavour is coffee, fruits, spices and some caramel. Also some mild roasted notes.

Sample at SBWF 2012. Dark brown with a small head. Quite a lot of coffee both in the aroma and taste. Also grass, some fruit and notes of malt. Not that much hops in this one.

Draught at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2012. Deep brown liquid with medium tan head. Aroma of grass, mango, fresh coffee, pine, chocolate. A bit mild. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of coffee, ash and grass. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation.
