Bottle at home. Aroma is wheat, citrus, lemon, spicy and herbal, elderfloral, coriander. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a little bitterness in the finish. Body is light to medium. Pretty nice spicy herbal lemony Witbier.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso resta attratto da coriandolo e frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frumento, agrumi, arancia amara, mandarino e camomilla.

330ml can. Look - light hazy gold, small white head, nice retention. Aroma - malts, white bread, banana, citrus, cloves, floral. Decent. Taste - malty, yeasty, banana at first. Then the citrus fruit is more prominent with a floral tone. Moderate bitterness with a mild spice. Good. Palate - light to medium bodied, average carbonation. Could be better. Overall a nice white ale but maybe a little too understated.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Cloudy yellow colored brew with thirsquenching abilities, hints of coriander. Must say i missed the original Hoegaarden Witbier of the past, but this one bring the memory back....good job.

Keg at taphuys utrecht. Pours pale golden, nose is floral, veg, little sour, taste is sweet, floral, vanilla, toffee.

Bottleneck from AH. Pours a hazy deep yellow colour and a dense but somewhat frothg white head with good retention. Aroma's of coriander, sweet herbs, caramel malt, zest. Retronasal it's sweetish, citrus. Flavour is light sweet, spices. Light bodied. Finishes with some spices, light bitter.
