Sa saveur est d’une très grande fraîcheur dans laquelle la coriandre joue efficacement son rôle désaltérant.
La dégustation se poursuit par un grand frisson dû à l’écorce d’orange séchée.

04/12/2010 - 33cl bottle @ home

Note: the beer was almost past its best before date. So probably aged about 1 year.

Cloudy dirty pale yellow, little flakes floating around. white creamy head, unstable, adhesive. Aroma: malts, caramel, flowers, yeast, fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malts, fruity, some caramel or honey and citrus. Aftertaste: refreshingly tart, sour, but still very fruity. A very nice wheatbeer, although it might be because of the aging.

Bottle, 5% ABV. Hazy yellowy orange, large white head. Sweet wheat and orange peel aroma. Coriander much more evident in the taste and the orange peel is thankfully less dominant. Refreshing sweet and just sour taste with modest orange and spices. Dryish finish with some coriander. Nice enough quencher.

Cloudy blonde. Thin head. Very limey, a little perfumey on the nose. Some decent malt balance to this one, maybe making it a bit too candyish as the spices seem a bit understated.

Draught at Q-Brick. Very pale yellow color. Thin-looking. Aroma of citrus, lemon, butter, and grains. Grainy, cereal taste, with lots of fruit, much citrus. Light bodied. Decent enough for the style.

25 cl bottle pours light straw golden, white head. aroma of orange peel, some citrus and bready nose. Taste, some light malt bread, hoppy with a light pilsener like hops, good citrus, orange peel, some grains with a wheat palate. A good local witbier, not as bad as I had anticipated.

Bottle. Orange-lemon and coriander aroma - lightly musty. Hazy pale yellow color with minimal head. Slightly sweet orange-lemon flavor up front but finishes up with a dry coriander flavor. Pretty good.
