Clear brilliant deep golden colour, lots of activity in the glass, tall frothy white head, good retention and heavy lacing. Aroma sweet malt, soap, grain, light banana, yeast, alcohol notes. Flavour light heavy sweet and slightly bitter, malty, grain, spicy notes. Light bitterness in the short finish, with grainy and malty notes, but also some metallic notes. Not perfect but nevertheless a nice, drinkable tripel.

33cl. bottle@ home, bought @ Plus Culemborg. Clear golden with a white head. Grainy fruity aroma. Too sweet taste with a metallic undertone. Cloyingly mouthfeel. Sub standard Belgian tripel.

overall decent belgian, but well below avg for the style. Lacking all around balance, the bitterness gets in the way of the beer a bit. For such high abv I’d expect i bigger mouthfeel. online bottle from belgian beer factory.

Warm bottle at Rootz. Past best before date. Almost clear golden with white head. Sweet grains, oily, sugary, white wine, sherry, marzipan, light yeast. Quite sweet and under medium bitter. Almost full bodied. Bit oxidized but not bad.

Bottle. Misty golden. Good head. Aroma: pale malts, nuts, candy, fruity hints. Full body. Taste: clean, sweetish, malty. Belgian yeast. Alcohol becomes obvious as the beer gets warmer. Otherwise tasty.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, and straw, leading to an alcoholic finish.

Tight fluffy white head stayed on a highly carbonated light amber body. Belgian yeast, spices & hop aroma. Medium bodied, very dry on the palate with a tingle down the throat. Bitter citrus, lemon, grass, Belgian yeast & spice tastes with a sweet citrus finish.
