Bottle in garden in the heatwave, 26th May 17. Pours clear and clean. Aroma is sour, citrus fruit. Taste is rich, bitter pine, citrus, grapefruit, some yeast and a little sour. Clean and very drinkable, pretty juiced up.

375 ml bottle @ home. I intentially poured all the sediment into the glass to create the NE effect. Very cloudy yellow golden color. Thick, bubbly off white head. Aroma’s: resinous and herbal, flowery hops, citrus as well. Citrussy sourness and resin retronasal. Flavor has some fruity sourness, but also light malty sweetness as well as light bitterness. Medium bodied. Finish is herbal hoppy, just mildly bitter. Nice attempt at an NE IPA, but not quite there yet. Needs to be a lot juicier at least. EDIT: heard from one of the brewers that this was NOT actually meant to be an NE IPA.

Mosaic hops. Very hazy gold - orange beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and mildly dry, good fine carbonation. Light malts, thin creamy sweetness. Some seltzer-orange. Mild orange peel. Tangerine - lemon. Mild hop spice. Very mild tropical fruits. Light and hop spicy finish. Good.

Batch 1732. Lots of tropical fruit, good mouthfeel, a bit thick. Bitter aftertaste. Eastcoast/westcoast hybrid, almost. My kind of IPA. 3.8

Bottle from het Biermoment, batch 1732 BB 01-2018, 37.5 cl sample. Slight hazy golden color, medium frothy head. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruit, again some nasty onion and garlic green hoppiness. Yeasty byproducts and garlicy hops ruin the taste a bit as well. Like there’s too much old hops in there or something. Moersleutel is ruining their best new brewer award. Meh.

Bottle at home. Semi-hazy golden pour with a thin off-white head. Notes of citrus, light mandarines, papaya, unripe pineapple, followed by herbal and earthy notes in the post-taste. Bitter-sweet, medium body and carbonation, pretty juicy body. The second half of the bottle was a bit better - 100% hazy, more fruity, more juicy and flavoursome and less bitter. Another reminder to roll an IPA bottle/can on its side a bit, before opening.

Bottle @ home. Fruit juice like murky yellow color, medium sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, hops, fruit juice, medium bitterness. Had higher hopes of more tropical fruit hops in this one, but even though it appears to be mosaic hop, it’s fruit juice instead of tropical fruit hop freshness. Maybe they intended fruit juice, but I would like it to more tropical fruity fresh hoppy. Ok beer.

Bottle. Hazy orange pour. Aroma of orange, citrus, fresh veggie hops, subtle yeast and tropical fruit. Taste has lots of orange zest, citrus, tropical fruit, veggie garlic and some yeast. Delicious mosaic beer.
