Sommer, Sonne, laue Nächte. Das Weiherer Summer Ale ist ein Bier für Tage wie diese.
In leuchtendem bernsteinfarben, mit starker Trübung und mit schneeweißem Schaum zeigt sich das Weiherer Summer Ale im Glas. In der Nase ganz sanfte Aromen von harziger Pinie und leichtem Karamell, im Geschmack erfrischend schlank, fruchtig-hopfig und mit feiner Bittere.
Gebraut mit 6 Hopfensorten sowie klassischem, Karamell- und Pale Ale Malz.

Bottle. Barely-cloudy straw amber, medium head. Grapefruit citrus aroma, medium body with piney (almost rye) notes mixing with the citrus bitterness at the end. More on the dry side of pale ale. Decent one, refreshing for the summer.

Hazy amber. Aroma is old hops a bit roasty with malt base and good fruit hoppy base. Taste is caramel and bonbon with bitter hops and juicy mouthfeel. Good

Hazy deep golden, off-white lace. peach, lychee aroma. Medium to light mellow, fruity base, tropical fruit salad, fresh despite being half a year old. Nice.

Bottle. Hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is mild caramel and toffee, grassy, flowery. Taste is caramel, grassy, flowery, quite bitter. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good!

500ml Bottle - Hazy amber in colour. Pine, citrus, grass and caramel all feature prominently in both the aroma and in the tangy, grassy, hoppy and moderately sweet taste.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 23 Aug 2018) Hazy golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, dried apricots and hints of resin. Malty, hoppy taste with orange peel, apricots, resin, pine needles, bready malt and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Bottle 0.5l, many thanks, Günter! Finally good time for some summer ale... Cloudy, gold to orange colored. AROMA- bon-pari, citrusy, apricot, tropical fruit. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, citrusy, tropical fruit, apricot, tea. Medium bodied.
