Actually really nailed the bubblegum. Light phelonics. Estery yeast. A little dry tartness. Lemons. Coriander. Well made.

Pours blonde, decently sized white head. Smell is tad hoppy, but nowhere what i'd expect in an IPA ( even if its a Belgian IPA ). taste is typical DLS, dry, bitter, sharp, but beautifully balanced. Tad more hoppy , and a very smooth, malty finish. great beer, but I don't really think of it as a Belgian IPA

Sampled at BXL festival. Hazy dark golden with almost white head. Fruity hops, dank grassy hops too, crisp malts, caramel, bread crust, bitter dank green hops. Quite bitter, about medium sweet. Medium bodied. Quite nice!

Good dense & fine, light yellowish head, very stable and lacey, over finely carbonated, lightly veiled copper beer. Continental hops, spicy, dried green herbs. Even drier in flavour, and again quite spicy-hoppy. Some background restsugars. Warming up, orange/citrus notes getting stronger, giving away more New World hops. Very finish acquires a light metallic note. Feels much better carbonated than it looks; quite slick, medium bodied. Typical de la Senne brew. And good.
