Bottle kindly donated by Erzengel, many thanks, man. Golden color with thick white head. Aroma of malt, grain, floral notes. Taste, solid malty base followed by very light hoppy touch, floral notes.

*33cl bottle. Nettes, leicht süffiges Bier. Hints of grain, slightly hazy with a grainy yeasty back. A bit dusty, floral, refreshing.

On tap at Britannia Pub, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose brings out gentle grassy hops, straw, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is much the same, with a decent bitter hoppy kick upfront, straw, and crisp crackery malt. Dry, bitter finish. Pleasant.

Fles gekocht in Luxemburg, geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een licht troebel goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige wat hoppige geur. De smaak is moutig en zacht hoppig.

Medium white head over unclear golden beer, medium carbonation. Dry malt nose, fine grains, yeast features. Yeasty, dry, pale malts, in the best way. Very (yeast)slick, grist, light to medium bodied. Better carbonated feel than it looks. Very good Zwickelbeier. The Mousel Clausen cantina beer reinvented? I Thanks to David! /I
