A collaboration with Brewed By Number from Londen (UK) in spring of 2016. Crates and crates full of rhubarb were cut in pieces by the brewers from BBNo. And after a while lemon zest came through the pores of our own brewers. :) It was all worthwhile! Tones of citrus and rhubarb.

It took me over 5 minutes to cage this beast into the glass - then I ended up with a rising head & a body mixing about with flotsam & jetsam.... An ever growing, tightly bubbled, off white head grew on a hazy, murky golden body - Looks totally unappealing! Lovely Saison aroma - pine, fresh, citrus, yeast & farm grain. Thin on the palate, very airy with lots of cloying. Pine, citrus, yeast, wheat, lemon & slightly hoppy.

Bottle shared in London / thanks to Mattyo. Pours unclear yellow with a creamy, white head. Zesty lemon in the nose, crisp pale malts, pale grains. Light sweet flavour with some anise seed, melon, lemon peel, pale bread, light bitter hay. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Finishes with crackery pale malts, pale grains, hay, lemon rind. Enjoyable.

Billynomates solo hotel tasting. Pretty frothy- not quite a gusher but getting there. Lightly hazy paleish gold beer. Huge off whitr head. Palate is airy and semi dry. A lot of fine carbonation. Very light fluffy malts. A littoe floral lemon and a whisper of spice. Airy finish. Not getting a pancake vibe at all.
