A collaboration with Brewed By Number from Londen (UK) in spring of 2016. Crates and crates full of rhubarb were cut in pieces by the brewers from BBNo. And after a while lemon zest came through the pores of our own brewers. :) It was all worthwhile! Tones of citrus and rhubarb.

Bottle at a tasting. Rather neutral and watery, almost seems flavourless. Bitterness is medium-low, maltiness low, hops flavours almost none, overall flavours almost none. Really watery finish. Eh.

330ml bottle @ Chez Sophie. Pours a misty gold, overly large white head. Aroma is lightly spicy floral. Taste is fuzzy, sugary, highly carbonated, lightly sweet, sugary again. Not sure what the pancake connection is. Some distant rhubarb if I let it warm up enough. Not really grabbing me, this.

Draught @ De Molen. Clear pale golden color, average to medium sized white head. Aroma is wheat, lightly hops, quite floral. Taste wheat, lightly malts, lightly hops, floral again, slightly herbal hops, softly bitter and a hint of lemongrass. Average body and suitable average carbonation. Not bad at all. Sort of a pale ale with light hop and light saison influencesis what it tastes like to me. Perhaps it’s the buckwheat doing that?

Draft at Oedipus fest. Aroma of lime, wheat and mild weird tart. Taste has soft wheat, sweet malt, vomit and weird pancake-ish sweetness. No rhubarb. Needs some tweaking.
