50 cl bottle @ home
Aroma has alcohol, licorice and cough syrup. Flavour has cough syrup, rubbery tones, alcohol, some herbal notes and hoppiness in the finish. Also some sugary sweetness behind the hops. Not as good as I expecetd.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a deep brown color head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of coffee, nice rich black chocolate notes with some light roasted malt notes is quite enjoyable. Taste is a nice mix of floral coffee notes with nice rich black chocolate notes with some roasted malt and just enough residual sugar notes to offset some of the bitterness. Body is full with good carbonation and light warming alcohol notes. World-class imperial stout.

Bottled at PBF XII. Black with small beige head. Tarry treacle aroma. Very sweet with full body and rounded. Licorice and syrup, tar and treacle. Inky bitter finish with distinct warmth. The level of sweetness and bitterness sends my flavour buds into unpleasant distorsion.

Bottle. Amazing presentation, very expensive but looks amazing. Pours a pitch black hue with a small white head, low carb. A big sweet smoky nose. Hot, dark fruit, molasses, sugary, rum, sweet hot sugars, some licorice, big smoke. This is huge. But, as you drink it, it smooths out. Quite good. Beastly, not doubt. Ashy, dark fruit finish. It is clearly 16% but is also drinkable. Very damn good.
