On tap at SARA, pours a hazy golden with a large white head. Nose is full of wild yeast, gentle funk, rustic saison yeast, and a little oak. Flavour expresses a remarkable depth of saison yeast and wild bugs working together, with gently tart citrus, and a woody oaky character that adds another lovely dimension. Deep and complex, with everything working beautifully together. Lovely.

Bottle thanks to bursprak! Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aromas of sweet esters, deep funk, citrus, lemon, wheat, pear, grapes, oak. Taste is light tart, oaky, grapes, melon, apricots, esters, citrus, orange peel. Delicious!

From bottle at Ulfborg tasting 2019/06. Almost clear yellow golden color with white head. Aroma is yeasty, minerals, salty notes, tart citrusy, light spicy peppery, light stone tart fruity. Sweet and acidic taste. Light body thin to oily with soft carbonation.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, citrus, yeast, minerals, herbs, barrel, light salty. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, wheat, minerals, citrus, grapes, yeast, barrels, light peppery, oak notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190615]
