(750ml B4 bottle @ Himmeriget, Copenhagen, Feb 9/19) Pours lightly hazy medium gold with a good-sized white head and some lace. Notes of rather ripe pit fruit, citrus zest, sweetish saison yeast esters, rather heavy wet hay funk, soft white grapes, some lightly sweet cereal malt, phenolic hints, soft lemony tartness, smooth oak, light minerals, some hay, touches of earthy yeast on the back end. Light sweet and light tart with a rather dry finish. Medium-bodied with smooth filling effervescence. Complex business here, the balance is bang-on and again shows that SARA in their prime does tart saisons with the very best.

No head; fully clear, pale golden beer. Floral nose, elderberry flower, marigolds. Sweet, dull fruity/floral flavour. Not very spectacular and seemingly a bit oxydized. Light but pleasing carbonation. Medium bodied. In the end, nice but unobtrusive beer. The nose turned out way better than the rest. Txs to Mathieu!

Sample from 2014 Batch #1 bottle at Kurtkeller 027: Sante Adairius-tastic 01 on 07/30/2017. The beer is a hazy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Vinous and floral aroma with yeast and malt notes. Medium body with flavors of floral yeast, vinous oak, citrus and malt. The finish is oaky and floral with a citrus and yeast aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle from the most recent release. Aroma is very nice with some light acidity and hints of grain. Moderate citrus, pineapple and stone fruit notes. Light oak notes with some light floral esters and faint phenolics. Pours a slightly hazy, bright, yellow-gold with a medium sized, fluffy, white head that recedes slowly to the edges where it lingers. Medium light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly acidic with a light sweetness. Hints of grain and cracker malt notes. A bit more acidity that lingers in the finish, but very soft. Light lemon and citrus notes with moderate notes of tropical fruit and stone fruit. Some light green grape notes. Hints of oak. Faint phenolic notes with a dry finish. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a very nice, light saison. Great yeast character that adds some nice light acidity and fruit notes. Easy drinking and refreshing yet complex.
