Fruity, tart taste with raspberries, sour cherries, oak wood, vinegar, caramel and a tart finish with low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh, tasty and well made Flemish red, with a geenrous acicidty. Very nice.

Bottle, thanks Jay. Aroma of oak and leather, dark fruit, light tartness, dusty. Acidic prickle. Taste is great, fruity, light sweetness, not so sour but it's there. Very subtle. Great stuff. Berries.

Backlog. Bottle shared. Thanks J! Pours a clearish burgundy with full finger of foam that lingers. Oak, vanilla and balsamic aromas with some plum and cherry notes as it warms up. Tart on the palate with a slight vinegar-like quality. More creamy oak and cherry on the palate. Lingering balsamic, cherry stone, vanilla and light lemon notes.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a deep ruby to burgundy with a small bit of head. Big tart cherry and oak aromas that dominate the nose. Vinous on the palate with more cherry alongside cherry stone and a slight vanilla edge as it warms. Tart with some nice acidity but not overbearing. Younger, tart cherry on the finish with oak to smooth things out. Lingering acidity and faint tannic cherry skin notes. Great stuff.
Funky and oaky af. Almost chocolatey.
