Bottle shared. Thanks Jay! Pours a cloudy ruby copper with a small head that dissipates. Huge cherry-forward nose with vanilla and oak notes. Wonderful tannic red wine notes on the palate with more oak. Cherry on the finish with a slight tannic burn. Bottle shared at Belgian Chimipalooza, thanks! Red brown with a bubbly white head. Aroma of tart fruit. vinous notes, light wood and citrus. Flavour is above moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared downtown during RBWG Asheville Late-Nite. Cheers! Pours clear gold with a bubbly crown. Acetic, bracingly sour, with prominent citric lemon bite. Light bodied with average carbonation. Very tart on the finish, quenching, with heavy acidity, berry fruits. It’s bracing and intense.

Sample from Batch 2 at Denver Rare Beer Tasting VII on 09/25/2015. Clear brownish-red color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of tart fruit, oak and yeast. Medium body with flavors of vinous oak, earthy yeast and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately sour with a red wine and oak aftertaste.

Somewhere between a 2 and 4oz bottle pour at SAVOR 2015’s Saturday night session. Poured a dark ruby color, hazy. Small tan head. Aroma was caramel, with notes of cereal, citrus, light lemon notes. Light funky notes. Tart and delicious.

2-4 oz bottle (red waxed) pour at SAVOR 2015’s Saturday night session. Dark brown with off-white head. Aromas of wine, cherries, light oak. Tastes of wine, tart acidic notes, stone fruit, cherries. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Pretty enjoyable.
